By making wholesale purchases from me, retailers agree to the following policies.

 

Order Minimums

First order: $500 USD
Re-Order Minimum: $250 USD

If minimums are not met, buyers will be asked to place an additional order for the remainder.

Pricing

All pricing shown in the wholesale section of our website is in US dollars. Wholesale prices are only available to qualified retailers who plan to resell the items on their website or in-store. Promotional or volume orders do not qualify for wholesale pricing but would qualify for a discount. Please inquire.

Additional Discounts

Since retailers receive a very significant discount, wholesale pricing does not qualify for additional discounts unless offered during a promotion or a high volume of items are ordered and pricing is mutually agreed upon under contract. Orders that have additional discount codes applied at checkout will be canceled.

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full, in advance, prior to shipment or delivery.

 

Shipping

I ship all of my items from my home in Durango, Colorado. 

All items are shipped USPS based on weight and are sent Monday through Friday, with exception of public holidays.

All import / duties are the responsibility of the retailer and are not included in the shipping costs.

 

Free Shipping

Qualify for free shipping with an order over $800 UDS purchased on my website.

Pick Up/Drop Off/Delivery

For businesses located in the Durango/Bayfield/Ignacio Area, pickup and drop-off options are now available. Drop off options will be subject to my availability and access to transportation. Please inquire prior to ordering.

Fulfillment

Because all of our products are small-batch crafted by hand, once payment has been received, first or opening orders will take between 4-6 weeks to fulfill unless otherwise notified or prior arrangements have been agreed upon. Refill and follow up orders will take 1-2 weeks.

Selling on Third Party Sites / Personal Purchases

To remain a reseller of Byers Ranch Apothecary goods, you must sell direct to consumer through a physical shop with or without a website owned & operated by the retailer or associated linked to your company. Selling Byers Ranch Apothecary goods in the following ways is prohibited and may result in the refusal of accepting future orders:

• Selling on third-party sites (Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Daily Deal Sites, etc.)

• Drop-shipping sites (Buy.com, Overstock.com, etc.)

• Classified sites (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)

• Selling in bulk to B2B accounts, or other wholesalers

• Purchasing items for personal use.

If you wish to purchase my goods in bulk for promotional purposes, I do offer a volume discount. Please inquire.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or refunds must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Because our products are handmade in small batches, once an order has been started, we will not honor any cancellations or refunds for any reason.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we cannot honor returns or exchanges unless the items arrive damaged or are flawed in some way. However, please contact me right away if you’re unhappy. A restocking fee may apply.

Damaged Items

All items are quality checked before they are shipped. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact me within 5 days of receiving the order to discuss any potential issues. Returns, exchanges, or refunds on damaged items will not be considered beyond this timeframe.

Exclusivity & Zip Code Protection

Postal/zip code/block protection is offered on a case-by-case basis and by request only. Approval is based on a number of factors and special terms are a requirement to maintain protection. Please submit requests prior to placing first order.

Feel free to promote Byers Ranch Apothecary items when they become available. I love to promote buyers shops on my instagram feed as well. Please let me know if this poses any issues, and send us your social media handles if you want us to promote you.

Photography for Promotion

If you would like to use some Byers Ranch Apothecary photography for promotional purposes, please contact me for access to approved and promotional branding images.

Display cases or racks aren't provided at this time.
