Description: JJoin Connie Byers of Byers Ranch Apothecary for a festive, hands-on workshop that blends herbal creativity with holiday spirit. Together, we’ll explore the art of botanical mixology — crafting beautiful, giftable cocktail and mocktail infusion jars perfect for sharing (or savoring) all season long.
 
You’ll learn how to combine herbs, fruits, and spices to create unique flavor profiles, as well as how to adapt recipes for both spirited and spirit-free versions. Whether you’re crafting thoughtful handmade gifts or stocking your own bar cart, this class offers inspiration for every taste.
 
Each participant will receive:
A guided discussion and demonstration
A printed recipe book with infusion combinations and serving suggestions
All materials and ingredients to create two custom infusion jars
A gift bag with seasonal samples from the apothecary
 
Cost: $45 per person
 
Spots are limited – advance registration required.
 
Cancellation Policy:
Tuition is non-refundable but transferable to a friend if you are unable to attend.
