To Use:
Spray 4–5 times onto skin (hands, legs, feet, etc.) and massage in. Best applied after a bath or shower when pores are open. Avoid eyes and broken skin.
**NOTE: If you experience a tingling or itching sensation, it could indicate a significant magnesium deficiency. Apply a light layer of natural oil or lotion to reduce the discomfort. The sensation will stop after several uses once your body comes back into balance.
